I think the seller didn't know there was a serious problem with this printer; the rollers do not work properly, I've tried every tech fix shop in the area and no one will fix it, they won't even look at it. I bought an allstate warantee but it turns out there's too much work on my end to use of it wo I bought a new printer, almost the same model, for around 100 bucks. I should have done that in the first place. I do not think the seller was shady, just wrong. I won't buy another used printer!

I am so sorry to hear about this! Definitely did not know about the roller issue, I just thought the print quality was bad - you'll receive a $10 credit for your troubles, I am really sorry about this again.
