1. Derecho de desistimiento

El plazo de desistimiento expirará a los 30 días del día que el cliente o un tercero indicado por el cliente, distinto del transportista, adquiera la posesión material de los bienes.

Para ejercer tal derecho, el cliente deberá correr con los costes del envío de la mercancía debiendo devolver además del propio producto, su embalaje original junto con todos los accesorios y documentación. 2. Reembolso de los importes pagados
