I am so disappointed. Not only the item has arrived extremely late which is 8 days later. But it has come with a very bad presentation and it came without connecting cables. It said Open Box, that was messed up box instead. This unacceptable from Ebay

the feedback is factually incorrect - order was placed on Friday at 8pm; shipped on Monday. It should have been there on W-Th; but arrived late due to USPS delay; which is out of anyone's hands. Photos show only the drive itself (no box or cable) and smart status SCREENSHOT, that shows 0 read/writes and 0 power on hours to prove that it is indeed NEW; description mentions explicitly that it has no box, and it doesn't come with USB cable. Buyer missed all of that and now blames us
