Took almost close to two weeks to receive the item. Told the item was mailed after it was paid. Advise that tracking had no history of it being mailed. Told the problem with the post office. When checking tracking shows the item had not been received until a week after payment had been made. Not good business practice to keep customers waiting. When eBay has a policy to mail out items within a standard time frame.
