"Easy Returns" - don't believe it! Misrepresented a certain feature and took him two weeks to ship! When I processed the return request (same day as received), he tried to buy me off with a trifle $5 (then $8) partial refund. The return was finally accepted (one day before eBay was to step in) and I got my refund, but I had to work for it!!!
