The nipples might be a tad fragile (one twisted on top by torquing it but still holds). The spokes seems really hard and durable because I had to tighten em hard on my old wavy rims. Go ahead and buy! Black paint seems durable and nipples plating will scratch with the supplied tool. Maybe a smoother surface on the tool would be better to save the finish; its like sand paper..
