However, even though the guitar was in a hard guitar case and was packaged extremely well, it still suffered some damage in transit whereby there are some cracks and chips to the paint on the neck. They are extremely responsive, sent updates and images at every stage of the process. I was nervous to import a guitar to the UK from Japan but as these are impossible to find in the UK and EU I took the risk.
