I received the line conditioner it was packaged very well and kept it from being damaged as good measure I recap the controller board after I checked to make sure that it functions correctly which it did I did have to re-solder some of the LED light indicators because from the factory they were poorly done I have it service running two battery backups cable box and computer and HDMi switcher and monitor the line conditioner does not even get warm at all thank you for offering it
