It is a breakable item, there was very little packing material to protect the item. They could have wrapped the two pieces separate for better protection.Reply from: binay31- Feedback replied by seller binay31.- Feedback replied by seller binay31.Please note the items were packed where both pieces were wrapped separately. I made sure the glass top and the dish itself could not touch one another. I made sure the items did not even move within the box by shaking it. The items could not bang against one another. I can only guess the package was dropped by someone. I asked the buyer to send a picture of the breakage. They have yet to do so.
