I have been a custome of E-bay for a long time and this is the first time something I ordered was shipped to a different state than where I live! I cannot say whos fault that is but it was ridiculous . I do have to say that chipstore offered to reship but I shouldn't have to wait again especially when its a gift for my child who is ADHD and was very upset about the whole situation .
