The pre filter is almost paper thin and is made of material that will not adhere to the velcro anchors on the front panel. Also, some of it is not wide enough to cover the Hepa filter.
The Hepa filter has no information nor instructions on it. The two genuine Hunter Hepa filters that I have in my other two purifiers have info and instructions for use. These seem to permit more air flow so I have to wonder if they are filtering properly. In fact, I have to wonder if they are genuine Hunter pr
