    Not very happy with this seller very poor communication throughout. Had a non-delivery of this item and had to resort to eBay to resolve a refund. The only sent me one email and even then it was excessively delayed. All resolve to my satisfaction however.

    The item didn't originally arrive at the expected time, but I know that Royal Mail around here is abysmal currently. Contacted the seller amd he could not have been more helpful. He immediately sent out a replacement, even though I said I was prepared to wait a few mire days just in case. Overall The purchase was an extremely good experience and will buy from him again when I have the need. He is also prepared to work with you for any custom made pieces should you have the need.
