Late shipping, late customer support responses up to (2 days). Helmet never arrived, eBay shows helmet on the way and shipper says it was delivered. If so, they delivered my $1000 dollars helmet without signature required which then resulted in a lost item. I don’t understand how such a heavy pricey item gets “delivered without a signature” helmet is not approved by DOT, so you can not legally use it in USA. DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. SELLER REFUSED TO SEND REFUND.
