THE ITEM THAT I PURCHASED FROM THIS SELLER WAS SUPPOSED TO FIT FOR HYUNDAI SANTA FE 2001 HOWEVER IT DID NOT MY MECHANIC WHO HAS A BODY SHOP MODIFIED THE HITCH SO THEY SOMEHOW RETROFITTED THE CARCONTACTED EBAY FIRST AND THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT TO SELLER HOWEVER THE SELLER DOES NOT COOPERATE AND FINDS HIS WAY OF SOLUTION THIS SELLER SELS JUNK PART THAT DOES NOT FIT STAY AWAY THE HOLES OF THAT HITCH DOES NOT FIT AND MY 50 YEARS EXPERIANCED MECHANIC HAS TO RETROFIT THE ITEM AS ITS NOT DESCRIBED

Seriously? Please check the photo he posted of the install...does it look to anyone like this is in position and bolted down correctly?? It has to be moved up into place and bolted down yet the buyer insists he installed it correct?? We have sold 9 of these so far, and wow, no reports of any issues....one can easily tell it is not installed correct?? Not sure what else we are supposed to do but wow....wow...wow? shocking
