Great service and item was well packaged , delivery was initially with another courier however the seller had to change to another one let me know and provided a new tracking number ended up being even quicker to be delivered than the original . This was the worst transaction I ever made on Ebay. The seller first gave me a ridiculously long waiting period to receive my item (ordered on 1/1/23 and the seller said it would arrive by March 1st--but then she couldn't even make good on that! I went ahead with the purchase because I very much needed the coat for an extended vacation and it didn't arrive until 3/16/23. The seller was completely uncooperative and offered me absolutely nothing as compensation. My advice? STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!
