I had the chance to speak with John many years ago at the Penrod’s Triathlon carb loading dinner in Ft Lauderdale Fl. back in the mid 80’s. He was showing the advantages of the UNI Wheel Covers then, what a great ambassador for anything and everything bicycle related, very down to earth and laid back.
