Purchased wrong anchor and realized it immediately, but it was late in the day so should easily be cancelled. 2 minutes later, I submitted cancellation request. Late morning the NEXT DAY the seller denies the request saying it shipped, proceeded to then CREATE the shipping label and still ships the item late that day. I messaged them asking why would they do that when it’s so easily cancelled. ZERO RESPONSE! After reading their feedback, this has happened to other buyers! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
