i've asked if item is new, and i got confirmation from the seller. new item can't have scratches, signs of use, even if it's in excellent condition - and item i received has scratches and slight traces of use. i was considering negative feedback, however device is really in excellent condition, considering the fact it's used.
competing with honest sellers by stating items is new is not cool.
