The Ebay seller, or Ebay, has not paid prepaid VAT to the Norwegian tax authorities.
So I now have to pay double VAT on the goods.
It is the second time I have to pay double VAT on goods from Ebay this year.
The Ebay seller blames Ebay for not paying the Norwegian tax authorities. And ebay does not respond to complaints sent by email to ebay@ebay.com at all. I am not very impressed with Ebay on this point.
Will especially warn other Norwegian buyers.
