Disappointing as the item look goodReply from: k.f.sales- Feedback replied by seller k.f.sales.- Feedback replied by seller k.f.sales.I was on holiday with holiday setting set up when item was ordered. I then came home to have to deal with a family bereavement. Once I had dealt with all the arrangements, I dispatched the item immediately, so I am not sure why buyer has not received item. I did message the buyer to explain the situation when I dispatched the item and apologised for the delay. He has had a full refund now but still wants to leave negative feedback despite being informed of the situation.
