Not sure this is a genuine Plantronics headset - I have one already which definitely is. Yodel would not recognise the tracking number as a different company to Yodel Direct. Item dispatched by 3 to 5 working day courier & was not due until today so arrived on time. The item is brand new & definitely 100% Plantronics sent in original packaging so not sure what the buyer is referring to, maybe different design. Item was not damaged when dispatched as all items are checked before dispatch
