I am a tinkerer by nature, and so I opened up the PC, removed the drive and the power supply. I understand that this is a used computer, but there wasn't a spec of dust ANYWHERE, not even inside the power supply. The power supply has a new fan in it, installed by the seller, and the CPU fan is also brand new. The desktop PC that I got was exactly what I ordered, but in "new" condition.

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller

The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.
