However, the major advantage of SSDs like the Agility 3 over hard disk drive is their faster speeds. This device uses a SATA 3 interface and hits read speeds as high as 525 Mbps and write speeds up to 500 Mbps. With a form factor of 2.5 inches, the storage drive can fit into any laptop with a SATA II or SATA 3 interface. The shock-resistant drive only consumes 2.7 W at peak performance.
