Not familiar with eBay (at all), Joanne walked me through the process (she even passed along a shipping discount from eBay, saving me $62). It was sent from the West Coast (I live in Florida) and it was packaged so well, it could’ve been sent from Europe with the contents arriving in perfect condition!
