I didn’t receive item and still not clear what happened. Paid for March 18, est. delivery date April 2. Only received refund May 19 after soliciting various times. Satisfied that the refund eventually came through but dissatisfied how was handled. Asked seller to open a complaint process with local postal service as Portuguese postal service says still hadn’t entered country, but no proof of that inquiry was provided to me so I lost confidence and insisted on full refund.
