The software on the drive is able to reset passwords on any version of Windows, but the image shows they were not using any of the software on the drive, but MS password reset wizard which requires a previously backed up copy of the password file. If you use the software on the drive it boots and bypasses Windows and just loads the Windows password file to make changes directly to the file. There was documentation included with the drive, the video in the listing and no attempt to contact me.
