I ordered and received a tube of cream eyeshadow. I was a product that I have had in the past. This tube, however, was dried up. I have managed to reconstitute it somewhat to be able to apply to my eyelids. This tube was sealed but must have been stored in a manner to cause it to become solid and not creamy. Kind of disappointed, but will try to make it work.
