These are a high quality product, simply allow for the fact that there is elastic in the waste, so perhaps order a few inches under size and be prepared to wear with a belt. This way there will never feel either too small or too tight. I would suggest wearing them with a black velvet jacket, or gown. The leg length is good.

I got them in a side 31. I would say 33 is the perfect size if your want them to be a bit looser and longer.
