I tried to contact the seller, with no response. The description of these shoes were nwot. New means NO FLAWS. which there were 2 that were not listed. This DID NOT HAPPEN DURING SHIPPING. The shoe had stitching that became unsewn .And sections where the suede had been worn down to black.
Very disappointing, and a waste.of my time.
