Experience with communication was f good. A little disappointed with the quality of the material. Yes it is velour in tge outside and terry on the inside, but it is not at all as thick as I expected it to be. It says $3300 retail, but this robe would not be worth $300, too thin. I think what I paid was too high, just didn’t want to go through the haste of returning. I don’t think this robe will last many years after regular washing.
