The radio body is metal. Although only wide-band still useful and part 90 & 95 approved. Can be programmed like the old RELM WHS and MPU series. Just pop open the back and flip the programming switch. Program from the keypad, flip the switch back & reassemble. Runs 1 & 4 watts.

Seller mistakenly sent the wrong charger and unfortunately did not respond to two messages sent in an effort to correct the situation. Still- happy with the radio and price. This model manually programs the same as the Relm MPU32/WHS450 series radios.
