Ai sensi dell'art. 52 del D.Lgs. n. 206 del 6 settembre 2005 (Codice del Consumo), come modificato dal D.Lgs. 2014 n° 21 hai diritto di recedere dal contratto senza penalità e senza dare alcuna spiegazione per un periodo di (30) trenta giorni dal giorno in cui ricevi i prodotti.

Tutto ciò che devi fare è darci notizia della tua intenzione di recedere dal contratto tramite la messaggistica e-bay e sarà nostra cura fornirti tutte le istruzioni in merito. Il diritto di recedere dal contratto non si applica nel caso in cui tu abbia acquistato prodotti confezionati su misura o personalizzati. Il magazzino non è aperto al pubblico.
