    When I received this item the bottle was broken and the castor oil went everywhere. However it broke whilst it was in the possession of Royal Mail. I know this bc they had put it into an open bag which was not part of the original packaging. The seller’s response was fantastic-he refunded me immediately with no discussion on the matter. I find him/her to be a very ethical person-I have had other dealings with them.

    I was advised that delivery would be today 22.9.25 by 11.20am. It did not arrive. When checking tracking I discover FEDEX had "attempted delivery" at 5.03pm - I was home at this time. The tracking suggests the item had not left the depot at Bellshill. Now I have no update from FEDEX for a delivery date/time. Poor delivery service.
