      Very sadly the item still hasn't arrived. I did contact the seller initially when I bought the item regarding the late dispatch and if I could get some tracking details. I got no response. Tracking was eventually updated yet 2 months on I'm still waiting for item. I realised this is not the sellers fault but I have tried to communicate for some assistance via the 'item not received' case and no contact. I have had to resort to contacting eBay directly to help me. Stressful where it didn' need to

      Tracking provided , and on investigation it appears customs have tried to contact you but have had no reply ? They have now sending it back to me and i will refund on return

      Customs never contacted me by email or phone, there are no details when following the tracking to say there is an issue with customs, its still in transit apparently. The item has already been refunded to me via eBay directly. And there was no contact by you when I asked for assistance.
