It never arrived. I made him an ex gratia payment of $55 because of his hard luck stories (which he since returned) to enable him to cover his expenses. He now refuses to compensate me for the Trimmer (remember the amount of $55 was a charitable act by me - under the terms of the contract he was to send me the razor and trimmer for $175 which he has retained).
