This was the second attempt at fulfilling this order. First was lost due to shipping company. Second arrived in good-excellent condition. Box was a little crushed, but the contents were okay. The photo/image on this item does not represent the product accurately. The Mats I received did Not have the lock down grommet. In my mind, it would have been better to have one since my vehicle has this feature. This was not a deal breaker, but it was the main reason I chose this item from this seller!
