Even though I received an email saying the package had shipped April 3, the tracking service still reports that it never actually was put in the mail. It just was given a tracking number. This is highly disappointing as I ordered them for my husband's birthday which was April 3. I don't want to cancel the order - I would prefer it was fulfilled. I don't know how to contact the seller though either.
