I give this a positive rating since the rated maximum power of the items supplied was the same as the ones ordered. However, the listing's spec, for the 4-5W device (as ordered), indicated an output voltage range of 13 to 26V at 300mA. The supplied item was rated at 3-5W but had a lower output voltage range (9-18V at 260mA) - which may be important for some applications.
