I’m happy to tell you that the remote was PERFECT and once connected to my original remote, the code easily transferred into the new remote and my new garage door opener worked right away. I’m very pleased and recommend the vendor and opener.

I contacted them and told them and they immediately filed a claim with federal ex and ask if I wanted a refund or a reship. I told them I would like a ship, they were out of the item at the time and informed me of that and let me know it would be a few days within a week I had the item.
