Absolutely fantastic. Every loose part that could come off and get damaged in shipping and was carefully removed and wrapped separately. The figure is in great condition. They even included batteries that, according to the manual, was not included originally. The item was shipped out quickly and via UPS, as opposed to the slower postal mail.

Packing OK and delivered promptly. Coach is lit and whilst the lighting works the fitting has come away from the roof and as a result the lighting strip is laying on the carriage seating. The lighting is partially obscured and the strip is visible through the coach windows. Otherwise coach is OK.
