I promptly contacted the seller to rectify the problem and they responded 2 days later and said they would ship the 2nd collar the next day it arrived today 7 days later. Better late than never. I have been using this same brand for the past 6 years, they are good quality and fairly priced and also easy and safe to use with my dogs. Would purchase again.
