I sent the seller a message when I returned it on the day received. I sent it back by Royal Mail tracked 48 & I attached a photo of the Post Office receipt. The seller did not even acknowledge my message, let alone refund me. I had to open a case with ebay to get a refund. I didn't get a refund of the cost of return, so in effect, I was refunded only £4.40.
