I had difficulty communicating with the seller. I requested cancellation immediately upon placing the order because I gave them the wrong address. I sent three emails which were not directly responded to. The package was actually sent to the correct address, but even the delivery notification from the seller showed the wrong address. Four days after placing the order, I was finally informed by FedEx that it was coming to the correct address The seller never notified me of this.
