    After failing to respond to my two emails when not failed to arrive, when the item was it was too late for me to order a substitute, the seller apologized and refunded the money paid. It was way too late for me to buy another, the apology weeks later was meaningless - I added a star for the apology.

    See my seller feedback and you will see that this is an anomaly. I have close to 1,000 positive comments. I strive to provide outstanding service to my customers. In this case, I didn't see the buyer's first email, and I responded immediately to the second one. I could not find the item, and I fully refunded the buyer a week before he left this feedback. I am truly sorry that the buyer was inconvenienced. Leaving neg. feedback is unkind and unnecessary.
