When I called their customer service, the representative was extremely nonchalant, stating that it had simply been mixed up and that the two versions were functionally identical. They offered me a $5 discount. However, I specifically ordered the USB C version because I don’t have lightning cables, and the indifferent attitude of the representative left a sour taste in my mouth.
