    I received the filter with manufacturer packaging in very bad condition; some dirty spots are everywhere. The filter inside is clearly not brand new; it is dirty (dust particulars are everywhere), and it has some greasy fingerprints. How this item may be listed as a brand new is out of my understanding...

    I am sorry that you feel this way, but this filter was indeed never used... I am not sure why it would be in this condition as I received it straight from the manufacturer and never opened the box. Please feel free to send me pictures on this issue so we can figure something out. Thank you.
