I contacted seller and was told she is not sure she even has the item...Then instead of simply issuing me a refund for the item she did not send, she made me file a claim with Ebay and wait to get a refund. When I checked seller's feedback, I saw another buyer had previously bought this exact item and never received it and had to be issued a refund. Our records & tracking show package shipped & delivered. She contacted me over the Labor Day weekend. We were out of town & she was persistent in wanting to me to send the item. Explained I was out of town & could not physically check status or send. In order to not make her wait for days, given her persistence, I asked her to open a claim through ebay. Refunded, while out of town, as it seemed the right thing to do given the situation.
