Slow to actually ship item. PO called it "stale mail" because tracking pre-shipment was days before actual pick-up. Item NOT as pictured or described. Card bent & torn with a large patch of sticky residue with hair in it on front. Lame excuse that it was in a purchased case. Nothing in the description that the card might be damaged. Seller offered return/refund but not worth the hassle plus needed it as a gift. Huge disappointment. Should have just been honest about it in the first place.
