Material is def water proof and can be wiped clean. shoulder strap is adjustable. has quite a few side pockets and inside pockets for credit cards, ins. cards etc. Thanks for a nice product. (price is great too,)

I promptly contacted the seller to rectify the problem and they responded 2 days later and said they would ship the 2nd collar the next day it arrived today 7 days later. Better late than never. I have been using this same brand for the past 6 years, they are good quality and fairly priced and also easy and safe to use with my dogs. Would purchase again.
