The cylinder was produced by a company that does contract production work for some of the big 4 and we've sold a ton of these with satisfied customers. You would be pressed to tell the difference between it and an OEM one. If there is something specifically you found not right or if that unit was somehow damaged, we would do everything we could to fix that or make any improvements needed. thanksGreg
